I have used Capitol Lighting for many fixtures in 5 major renovation projects over the past 3 years. It is not unusual to receive damage products or have issues with a faulty product (especially the more advanced dimmable LED fixtures). What o appreciate when buying through Capitol is they are quick in coordinating a resolution and good at communicating the resolution plan in a timely manner. I usually get better pricing through Capitol, but it is the customer service I appreciate most. TJ

One of the few companies left in America who truly care about their customers. I recently purchased a few light fixtures, unfortunately none of them worked out. They made it so easy to send them back, no questions asked. They promptly processed and credited my return and extended me a discount on my next purchase. Of course I re-ordered other pieces which worked out this time and I love. Thank you Capitol Lighting for making online shopping so simple and putting your customers first!

Ray was extremely knowledgeable and I was able to place my order (3 items) within 5-10mn. Kelly and Tiffany in customer service were so helpful and efficient. It is now my 3rd order with Capitol-lighting and my parents have place many orders - it is definitely the place to purchase light fixtures: great selection, very competitive prices, orders arrive promptly and they are very well packaged so all together a great experience and such nice additions for a home or business.

I just purchased a 60 inch fan from 1800 lighting. I didnt get a confirmation right away so I went on the online chat. The guy had my info pulled up and squared me away in literally seconds. Super nice amd super fast. I will update this review if something happens with the shipment but so far I'm extremely happy.

I wanted to update my home and needed 8 ceiling fans. They were always quick on the phone or chatting, and helped with choosing the fans, which rods, which remotes-everything! Then I had one remote not being used and they were easy to work with regarding the return. I also believe I got the best fans for the best price. I recommend them!

Went to Capitol Lighting Eatontown yesterday with my wife and met with Lorrie. She was extremely helpful to us and went over and above to help us select and secure lighting for a house we are building down south Lorrie thanks for all your assistance Bob 💚🇺🇸🏋️‍♀️
