Capitol Lighting – 1800lighting.comReviews of 1800lighting.com

I recently enjoyed working with Wendy to find the perfect kitchen light over my table. I was struggling to find something that matched the color and decor of my other lights, and it felt like an impossible task. However, Wendy's expertise and eye for design made all the difference. Within a short period, she magically found the perfect light that fit my kitchen beautifully and seamlessly complemented my existing decor. Wendy's assistance was invaluable, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend her for any lighting needs! Thank you Capitol Lighting!

Ted was.so helpful and patient. Truly amazing customer service

When my order of 8 lights was delivered I discovered I had not ordered the correct bulbs for the smaller 4 lights. In addition the glass globe on one of the larger ones was broken. I called and was easily able to order the bulbs and a replacement globe was ordered and delivered quickly. The staff were professional and helped me with both issues.

Ordered several ceiling fans for my home. Arrived sooner than expected and can’t say enough positive things about customer service.

Unfortunately lights I ordered did not work. I needed to return them. There was a glitch in fed ex labels but thankfully Kelly from the company was able to rectify. Great customer service from her!

I received a damaged item and was very disappointed. I called customer service and the rep was very understanding and helpful. She quickly handled my problem and issued a full refund. Thanks Christie !

Unfortunately, I needed to cancel my order due to a delay in shipping of the fixture. Kollyn from Customer Service was extremely helpful, and a refund was issued promptly. I would definitely due business with them again.

This company always goes above and beyond. I have dealt with them on several large transactions and they never disappoint. 5 plus stars!!!
