Capitol Lighting deserves a standing ovation for their exceptional customer service! I recently received a defective lighting fixture from the vendor, and Capitol Lighting went above and beyond to make it right—quickly and with zero hassle. From the moment I reached out, their team responded with urgency, professionalism, and genuine care. They coordinated the replacement process seamlessly, keeping me informed with timely updates and ensuring everything was expedited to minimize any inconvenience. I was blown away by how easy Olga (Customer Experience Team) made the entire experience and how committed she was to making sure I was completely satisfied. This kind of service is rare these days, and it speaks volumes about Capitol Lighting’s dedication to their customers. I’m beyond impressed and will be a loyal customer for years to come. Five stars all the way!

Ray walked me through a very large lighting purchase. He was helpful, informative, and responsive.

I purchased a standing lamp and it came defective where 1 part was not coupling to the other part and staying attached to keep the lamp erected. The inner threading appeared to be stripped so there wasn’t a chance of getting it together to stand safely. I reached out to Capitol Lighting and sent an attached photo of the problem, and without any back and forth my issue was resolved. A new lamp was being shipped out, I didn’t have to worry about returning the defective lamp and communication regarding the process each step of the way to shipment was a breeze. Whatever the model for this company’s customer service care is, don’t change it unless you truly find a way to make it better than exceptional!

The best customer support, I've had in the last decade. Christi responded the same morning I sent the email. I had the replacement part in three days. Just superior work.

My assigned rep Ray was amazing. The light I originally wanted was in production and wouldn’t be ready until September, but I needed a nautical type lighting for the kids bunk room design, immediately. He searched Capital Lighting’s vast inventory and found lights that would work perfectly. As a busy interior designer, I don’t always have the time to source new items after they have been selected and presented to the clients months in advance. Getting a replacement quickly that keeps the integrity of the design certainly makes my job easier. Thanks Ray, you are awesome.
