This was the easiest time I ever booked flights

I went to the website and bought round trip tickets from New York City to Milan. They charged my account and then about an hour after I got an e-mail asking for me to call them. It turns out that part of the trip they were planning to sell me (one leg of the return flight) they didn't actually have the rights to sell. They didn't have anything at a comparable price to offer, even with some flexibility in dates. So really they just wasted a bunch of my time with non-existent tickets.

I searched many travel sites for a good air fare from Boston to Paris for several weeks. This was the best price by about $100.00.

Even flight insurance is well priced. Have bought several international fares through them. Sometimes lower than the airline's own website. Very satisfied.

Website is very complete and easy to navigate. The next day, after I had booked my flight, I had some questions and also wanted to make a slight change. The person on the telephone - Seamus - was wonderful and helpful. All done with ease and tact.

Fares on this site are remarkably discounted.

I like the price. An agent by the name of Christine was thoroughly knowledgeable and helpful with a very high level of professionalism. It made my experience a very pleasant one.

Tickets are cheap, but the customer service is lacking.
