I was unable to do our 2 tickets together for some reason and then it would not accept info on my husband. Called and the young lady was very nice but it took her quite a while to complete his reservation for some unknown reason. Now my eticket has arrived but my husband's ticket has not come through. Am wondering why this has occurred!

Better deals. Still, the super cheap deals they do advertising with are not be found. I wish they would offer the option of seeing what dates and cities have for sure those best deals at any given moment. What really sucks is that on the main flight finder they don't offer the scroll thru calendar and furthermore every time you want to search a different date or just change one of the cities you have to give in ALL the info over and over again. Not convenient if you try to find the cheapest flight. On the little flight finder (on right side) you can't just change particulars and let it search again, you actually have to get out and in again to be able to search each additional time.

The itinerary that was listed actually turned out to be quite complicated. I ended up with two open-jaw tickets on a very tight connection schedule with no one responsible for the routing but myself. I just have to hope there are no delays in the flights. I could have made a different purchase at the beginning of the process, but the only good alternatives were unavailable by the time I learned of the problem. It took several phone calls to find out just how this would work.

It is always offensive to people when you don't copy their name correctly. You sent my name on an email as Keith Scottmumby. This is wrong. The correct spelling is: Keith Scott-Mumby exactly as I typed it in.

In the end we got what we wanted, but it wasn't without a small battle. Something happened with the transaction. Did the search, found a good deal, completed the form and booked the flights. The transaction went through for $XXXX and I was directed to the confirmation screen AND received the confirmation email stating "it's been booked for $XXXX". Then about an hour later I received a call from one of their reps saying the transaction didn't go through and the price was no longer $XXXX -- the best price is now $YYYY. It's one thing to do the search, sit around for a while, and then when you go to check out you've missed that price or the session expires. I've seen that a bunch of times with airline websites. This wasn't the case. The entire transaction went through and then they basically voided it because of some glitch in their system with the pricing. I think it came down to a timing issue between their site and the airlines where the price change didn't reflect fast enough on their site, allowing the purchase to go through, and then when the transaction continued to the airline it was rejected. We didn't get very far with a resolution until we talked to a manager the next day who was kind enough to honor the original price. But for about 12 hours we felt duped.

Tickets are cheap, but the customer service is lacking.
