UPDATE - I sent a message 6/29/26 to the reviews email left in the reply. As of 7/8, I have not received a response. I would give zero stars if that was an option! I asked for a price match on very specific contacts via online chat. I was given a reasonable quote and agreed. My card was charged immediately. An hour later, they tried to tell me I owed an additional $253.17 because the agent put in the wrong type of contacts. I went back and forth via text with increasingly rude agents via text until I finally canceled the order. I understand the price difference, but I expected to pay the amount I was quoted. As a lifelong contacts wearer, 1800 Contacts lost tens of thousands of dollars in potential sales over my lifetime to save $250 when it was their mistake.
