They're a joke
They're a joke. They don't price match/honor the price match guarantee. When i brought it up to a rep, he had the audacity to say they're cheaper by $1, when in reality they're $24 more expensive than a famous retailer store. What a joke. Def convince me to never try them. False advertisement and terrible customer service, is all I have to say.
