Fast, efficient and effective customer service
I called 1-800-Contacts with my order and mentioned how expensive contacts had become. The customer service rep immediately made me feel at ease and worked with me to reduce the cost, including a new customer discount and feee shipping. She reassured me that getting the one year supply was the most cost effective way to purchase and explained that I could switch prescriptions with out a charge if my prescription changed over the year. She was wonderful and I got everything ordered over my 30 minute lunch break!

I trust 1800 contacts to ship authentic contact lenses and I rely on them to ship fast and securely. We have all been there when we start running out of contact lenses and we are searching our handbags or toiletry bags for a pair. Knowing the contact lenses ship immediately is a relief. You can usually get a 10% loyalty discount although sometimes I wish there were special holiday coupon codes for all customers not just the 20% new customer deal. Every dollar helps and I am a shopper who tries to save where I can.
