I am very pleased with my OptiVue contacts that I ordered from 1-800-Contacts. They made the process so easy and kept me informed all of the way through delivery. They didn't take my VSP insurance but their invoice makes it so easy to submit on my own. Most important part, the great price! I looked at everyone and 1-800-Contacts had the best. The one drawback that I wish they would extend to returning loyal customers....the 30% off is only for new customers only. Hey, I'm sticking with you, shouldn't I get that offer too??!!

My daughter was down to her last pair of contacts and her bday was 2 days away. I ordered contacts and immediately messaged to make sure there would be no issue with delivery being on time or anything being out of stock. I could have changed the plan if there was an issue. They assured me they were in stock and would be on time. There are no driving or whether conditions in our area that would cause an issue. All day yesterday tracking told us they were out for delivery. They never came. I spent hours texting 800 contacts and UPS trying to go pick them up myself. I asked 800 contacts if I could pick up a new box (I’d pay again) at their distribution center in our metroplex. I couldn’t do that either. Delivery today said between 11-1:45. Again we got a message there was a delivery issue. Due to my daughter, having a very high prescription and having to wear super thick glasses, she did not want to go out of public without her contacts. I expressed this when I ordered. We’ve had to twice change her birthday plans for today and now cancel them completely because for the second day in a row, we have no contacts. despite me explaining the urgency and asking to pick up a box from their distribution center, very close to us, they refunded the overnight fee and that was it. The rest is our problem. Having been a customer for close to a decade, I’m ready to change providers. we’ve also had issues several times were her contact order has been held to verify her prescription despite them having the prescription because we did it through their online service. I’ve had to spend time at work calling and messaging trying to get that resolved multiple timesand now this.

The customer service is impeccable! First time I ordered my Dr. had my prescription incorrect and 1-800 contacts got it corrected same day. Second time, I had trouble ordering and got everything taken care of via chat! 10/10 recommend , my only contacts destination.

My contact from my eye doctor ripped and I was freaking out, 1-800 Contacts got my contacts shipped to my house a little over a day and a half, I was so happy. Contacts fit great, have the lines, help me see, and even came with a little lens case! I am very happy with every part of the process

I used their service to renew my prescription. It was very quick and easy. Had trouble connecting prescription to my account and customer service was able to help me in less than 5 minutes. Contacts came in less than a week! Price is great as well
