1800contacts is very easy to deal with. My contacts prescription is on file and when I need more contacts I simply pull up my account and order more. Delivery only takes a couple days. I highly recommend 1800contacts.

Do not use this company. Outrageous prices!!! Customer service is now awful - Management is worse. I have used 1 800 Contacts for over 10 years and thought they were the best, until las week- Something has changed. If you do the speed exam with them, they charge you $20, deny it, then tell you that an exam is needed by one of their contracted ophthalmologists. When I asked them who the ophthalmologist was, they would not reveal. Total SCAM!!! OVERPRICED!!
