I placed my order for a year's supply of contact lenses and received the delivery in 3 days. The pricing included a total discount of $150 and free shipping, and was significantly less than purchasing from my optometrist. Overall, great service.

Great customer service. Had to exchange a pair of contacts because I didn’t like the fit (not caused by vendor). New pair's sent quickly and approved a return and refund for the pairs I didn’t want. Highly recommend this seller.

Absolutely ridiculous!......renewed my lens perscription and place another order a few months later. Well I get a random weird number calling and asking for my card number over the phone because I paid my GPay. The order had to be canceled and placed again due to a system error where my perscription was not linked to the current order. Very poor customer service! I hear dogs barking on calls and this issue should have been escalated & something should have been provided as an accommodation. Disgusted and will never place another order! Major inconvenience! No escalation & No discount. Absolutely nothing for an issue that was not my fault! "Oh but we deleted the charge!".... meaning wait a week until I get money back. If you write back ro this NO I'M NOT REACHING OUT! ALREADY DID THAT & YOU HAD A CHANCE TO MAKE IT RIGHT!

If there were less than a star, I’d use it. There’s a complete lack of coordination between the chat, phone, and email customer service. I negotiated a discount for reordering the same contact lenses I had ordered before. After I spent 30 minutes placing the order through the website and the chat person told me all was fine, I got an email saying they couldn’t find my prescription. The email told me the order would be in the system for 72 hours until I uploaded a prescription. I entered the chat, explained I needed more time, and the chat person told me this wasn’t possible and that she couldn’t do anything about it. Then I called, and the phone person CAN do something about it, so she placed a hold for another week. Then I got an email saying “we canceled your order as you requested.” What?? I will definitely not be using this company any time soon. They are a disaster.
