I would like to give this more stars but it never arrived….. I use it to slice my invisible garlic!

4 months I waited…Received a message it would be delivered it didn’t show up! Another message stating it was delivered, which it wasn’t. Had I known all the above, I would’ve not wasted my time. Now, through UPS site, it will be delivered this coming Monday. I really hope this pan lives up to your advertising promise. I will never order anything from your company again.

The wok is as advertised. Shipped well as a box within a box. It will be more beautiful once it is seasoned and hanging in my kitchen.

I love milk Street products and I continue to buy the pieces from them that I feel our exceptional. Their customer service responds quickly, they are knowledgeable and extremely friendly. With the exception of one product that I received about a year ago, I have absolutely loved the quality of everything that I’ve purchased from them. They run specials and discounts quite frequently. The only negative is that if you are not a member or subscribing to milk Street magazine etc. the shipping cost can be quite a lot in some cases and it brings a discounted item right back up to the original cost. There are so many resources that this company provides from recipes to articles about food from other countries, about spices, etc. I will continue to be a customer for many years to come.

The product is great. However, after I ordered I never got an update/response. After 2 weeks of no response I had to reach out to get an update and that's when the order seemed to finally move through the process.

My favorite purchase is the Everything Pan. I do use it every day. I love it! I just purchased the Kozmatic. Used it today to roast veggies for Chili. It worked like a champ. The only thing I don't like about Milk Street is you don't have free shipping.

We like the product. However -- we ordered it -- it was a delayed delivery -- by six weeks. Ok. Then, nothing. We finally had to initiate asking where it was. Another six weeks delay. Finally, it was delivered a week after that. No communication from the company gave us little confidence in the company as first time buyers.
