Took months to receive the wok, have not used it yet

it is a lovely wok. Works well, and fits in my small kitchen. Thank you.

The process is not user friendly. To reach someone requires multiple inquiries. When a response finally arrives, outcomes are usually good. I am still trying to place order. Tried another email, did get a response that it might take a few days.

Great products and fairly fast shipping time. All items ordered were well packed and undamaged.

Hello.. I am still waiting for my Order to arrive. One must be very patient when ordering from your company. I am hoping the two items I ordered are of the quality you claim them to be.

I emailed Milk Street CS on 9/30 asking for an update on the status of my order for the small carbon steel wok that I'd placed back in June and that was to have shipped at the end of August. I received a reply the following day with a tracking number and a message that the wok had just shipped. While satisfied with Milk Street CS's response time, I was left wondering if I ever would have received my order had I not contacted CS. The wok is well made/high quality and the perfect size for cooking for 1-2 people. Still, I'd hesitate to purchase a back-ordered item from Milk Street in the future given this experience.
