I’ve been a customer for a very long time and everything has been wonderful!

The little wok is probably fine (I haven't used it yet). But my frustration is over the purchase and delivery process. I was not told the item was out of stock before I purchased it. I was shocked to learn that you took my money but wouldn't ship for 4 months. After 4 months, I contacted customer service (which was an ordeal in and of itself - there is no phone number to call) to find out where my order was, only to learn it would be another 6 weeks before it shipped. To not get regular updates on the status of my order was hugely concerning. When the item did arrive, I was traveling so I was forced to pay an additional fee to UPS to keep it from sitting on my doorstep until I returned (exactly what I was trying to avoid when I selected the date to purchase!). I was very unimpressed with how Milk Street handled this and thought it was completely unprofessional.

The products ordered and received from Milk Street are always very good. The Dan Dan Sauce received in my last order had opened slightly and leaked a bit although being wrapped as well as they were did not make a big mess. For some reason I did have to pay shipping on that order. I have made quite a few recipes (always good) and have several Milk Street cookbooks.

I received the wok about a week ago. I have used it about 5 times after seasoning as instructed. I have to say, this could be my go to cookware for small batch dishes. The best test was cooking scrambled eggs in the wok. I would say8.5 for cooking and a9 for clean up. Just the right size for 2 people.
