We want to let you know that the text messaging option is available again in the latest version of our mobile app. The Text icon is now located between the Favourite and Share icons on the card selection screen. Please update your 123Greetings app to the latest version from the App Store (for iPhone) or Google Play Store (for Android). Once updated, you will be able to send eCards via text message as before. Hi Avril, Thank you for reaching out, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration and heartache this has caused you. We have reviewed our records. During the month of May, we were performing a system upgrade that caused some email addresses to be temporarily placed in our bounce database. This may have affected your ability to send eCards to your recipient during that period. The issue has now been resolved. Any recipient email address that was previously affected has been restored, and you should be able to send cards successfully. Please send your eCard again.
