Hello Rob, We are sorry to hear that your experience was less than optimal. I personally reviewed your order #1996 to understand what happened. You ordered an AAD® (09-23) Fiat Abarth 500 Air Oil Separator kit. You mentioned that you instructed us that you needed an Air/Oil Separator bracket for a 2017 Fiat 124 Spider Abarth. I searched our email inbox as well as call log history from [email protected] & (203) 641-8569 for inquries before and after your order. I could not locate an inquiry specifying what you needed via email or phone. To clarify if you were not already aware, the FIAT 500 and FIAT 124 Spider are two completely different models. In addition to the models being different, the product you ordered was an oil separator kit, not an individual bracket. Hello Jody, We are sorry to hear that your experience was less than optimal. I personally reviewed your order #2010 to understand what happened. I noticed two Mickey Thompson P255/60R15's tires listed on your order from the Street S/S series. The S/S' are an extremely popular tread pattern with us for just about every size. When you placed your order in mid December, we already had a massive order pending with Mickey Thompson for delivery of the S/S, Street R's, etc. The delivery was postponed by Mickey Thompson between 12/16 - 12/23 and pushed back until the last week of December. Upon receiving this news, our service team notfied you via email of the delay on 12/23. I reviewed our system call log history and noticed you called 3x on 12/23, the same day we notified you of the delay via email. We did in fact miss the first two calls due to max call volume and deeply apologize (I recall it was a short staff that Friday night due to Christmas weekend, much of our team was on holiday by the time you had called in). That 3rd call attempt was connected with a great service team member who immediately contacted our account manager at Mickey Thompson in an effort to cancel your order. I reviewed our email chain with them and it looks like they actually did attempt cancel the order in good faith. It's possible that their logistics team was also in short staff and didn't relay the message in time. The shipment of the tires unfortunately went out on the 26th, before we had the chance to receive a follow up response from their team. On the 27th, we attempted to redirect the shipment, however the tires has already shipped via UPS Next Day Air due to the destination via Hawaii. This was a unique situation considering the item, ship to location and timing, so I apologize for the experience you had and would be emphatic to make this right for you Jody. I'll be sure to mail you multiple 10 Second Racing merchandise items (Shirt, Hat, Pin, Decal) as well as a $100 gift card to our store (no minimum purchase required). Hello Joshua, I believe I addressed the situation with your order with my response in your original review. I have nothing further to add regarding the process of the exhaust system included in your order. Unfortunately, many items we offer are manufactured to order by our partner network. We separate our company from the industry by providing weekly status updates for orders via email leading up to the ship date of your products ordered. The manufacturer for this exhaust system had delayed the ship date several times past the orginal proposed ETA unfortunately. In these cases, there is little we can do to expedite the process other than escalating with upper management. We hope this helps clarify our position as a retailer, and not the company making the products. As for your claim that your calls were not answered, I personally reviewed our system call log history from your listed phone number of (786) 510-6987. There were multiple calls connected with the service team with extensive time. There were two missed calls placed after hours, both were returned when the team was back in office. I took the opportunity to listen to one call to ensure you received positive service. It was disheartening to hear the language that you used with a team member, considering they had offered to help. As for your refund, the process was delayed by a week due to a cancellation request with the manufacturer of the exhaust system. The manufacturer proposed a 10% cancellation fee for the order due to the production work that had been completed to that point. We understand the frustration of this news and offered to eat the fee in an effort to expedite your refund. Your refund was issued immediately after this confirmation on 12/28/22.
