Readers: Arthur emailed the support team today, 08/16. His email included a childish temper tantrum laced with several threats. The support team responded to his inquiry within 30 minutes with a helpful resolution. We informed Arthur that his PRL charge pipe kit simply had not been shipped because it is on backorder until 08/30. We offered several alternate kits we have in stock with a discount applied as a courtesy. As opposed to communicating like a grown adult, Arthur rejected the offer and threatened to dispute the purchase unless his selected charge pipe kit was shipped immediately. I personally cancelled and refunded his order today due to the threat of a dispute. Arthur suggesting he asked 'Three Times' for an update is a blatant lie. Arthur is in his feelings because I cancelled his order and chose to walk away from doing business with him. Edit: Not much funny about your behavior/or vocabulary Arthur.
