Complete trash . Tried to reach the company regarding some products it’s been 6 months and I haven’t heard back regardless of leaving 10 plus emails and 40 plus calls don’t shop from here they are HORRIBLE

Great customer service
I made a order of a exhaust that was out of stock later to find out and all I had to do was call once then sent me a email of all the other exhausts that would work for my car and ship when chosen very easy to switch out.

DO NOT ORDER from this company, they take your money quick as but then ignore you, especially on bigger orders. I obviously cant just jump on a plane over there, because they dont disclose where the Headquarters actually are. New Jersey, Las Vegas opposite sides of the country. I ordered the Ksport Airtech Deluxe suspension (£3023.00)system on the 13 February, got pissed off waiting so i emailed to cancel in May, they put it to me to get the D2 system, delivered in 2 weeks they said. Again got fed up waiting an actually cancelled the whole order on 15 July. IM still waiting for my money back. 3 Bushing kits for the same car. Ordered on 28 APRIL. Still waiting. An im still waiting for my money back for both items. . I have emailed so many times... quite politely to begin with but to no avail. I rang, them said to put it in a Email, which again got ignored, yet again got fobbed off. You get an answer from AI most of the time via Email or they just ignore the whole thing.
UP DATE PERSONALLY MAIL ME HE SAID. So I did on the 25th ,SAME DAY, OH what a surprise . Its now 1st Aug 26 still no reply. WHAT A BUNCH OF W......

Easy to order the ARM products (from US) I wanted and actually cheaper then ordering from ARM´s EU dealer in Poland although I needed to pay EU customs on it so the handling took a bit extra time. Why did you leave EU UK?🫣
