Sent us the wrong item on delivery. When we did get our balloons they haven’t even lasted 8 hours before deflating. $75 for 10 balloons is a rip off. DO NOT USE

First time using the website for this balloon delivery service and was unorganized and vague. Called customer service to get assistance and was told my credit cards were rejected. I have never had such a case. Please take care this is poorly ran and left me feeling like I was exposing card information that might be misused.

I ordered a bouquet of 6 mylar and 6 latex. The bouquet delivered was 6 mylar only. I e-mailed the company and received no reply.

Wanted to surprise my husband for our Anniversary. Delivery promised before 3. At almost 5 he got a call that they would be there soon with his balloons. Ruined surprise and he had to wait until 5:20. Arrangement looked cheap. Mylar already deflating by day 3. Dollar Store balloons last much longer. Never again would i order from this company.

Ordered birthday balloons to be delivered to a business. Delivery didn't occur during business hours of delivery day, credit card was billed twice with two different irder numbers. This "company" should be shut down.

I would not have even given them 1 star if it would've let me move forward. This company sent me an email the day before my sister's birthday after I had ordered them a week prior telling me that the order can not be delivered. It has ruined mine and my sisters birthday after not seeing her for years. I will never order from this company again and I will definitely inform others not to order from this company. 1800 balloons I give 10 thumbs down because this is just ridiculous.

I would not give them a star if it was an option. This company failed to deliver. Balloons ordered a week in advance and the recipient never received them. They said they were on their way, but never happened.

Horrible…I had a balloon bouquet delivered today for my daughter’s 21st birthday. It arrived at 12pm and at 8:30pm most of the balloons are deflated. Total waste of $100…save your money and go with a local vendor.
