I received my order recently and 2 out of 4 pots of the product have leaked before i've received them. 1 of these pots is fully damaged and wont be using. Other than that it is a nice product. Not sure if it has made a difference to tighten my skin yet but still early days Disapointed with the damages though xx Update I was contacted by the company and they have been very helpful in resolving my damaged goods. I cannot fault their service. Very polite and very helpful. I have changed my stars to reflect my satisfaction with the overall experience. Will wait to see how the product works over time. Even if it doesnt tighten the skin it is a lovely product that feels light and keeps your skin hydrated.

Customer service is very good.My scraggy neck has improved, but not as much as I would like! Have applied/massaged in the cream, religiously twice a day for 7 weeks.I'm hoping for further improvement;(??), and will continue with my daily routine! I had a slight issue with the product. The customer care was excellent and personalised……making it superb. Buying online can be a little scary but this company run on best practice. Thank you

Used this cream for about 2 weeks and gradually started to feel a burning sensation on my neck that became so painful I had to stop using it. Sent 2 emails to arrange a refund under the "try for 60 days and if you don't like it then you get a full refund". As yet I've had no reply after 3 days, even though I had an acknowledgement to say an agent would respond within hours. I get the cream doesn't work for everyone but avoid if you want any form of customer service. Update. Customer services contacted me and have arranged a full refund. The 5 star is for customer services, wouldn't be fair to rate the cream as I couldn't use it

Really glad I ordered this cream a little goes along way, neck and chest very much improved , I’ll keep using , no real smell to it. And best of all not to expensive.
