I have noticed a real tightening of the skin and after 3 weeks I feel it has visibly reduced the lines on my neck. There was a little bit of itchiness in the beginning but now I feel my skin has adapted well and absorbs the lotion perfectly.

Ordered the advertised neck cream which I was very excited to start using after reading all the positive reviews.Unfortuneately I had a very bad reaction to this cream and so had to discontinue using.I emailed Customer Services telling them about this.They responded very quickly and were very understanding offering me a refund which they processed pretty quickly and of which I have now received.Excellant Customer Service !
