I sent an email explaining that the Zyren cream hadn’t shown any results and had been using for a 2 Month period I understood that there was a 60 day money back guarantee ! I wrote asking about why it had t shown any results. I got a quick reply from customer service requesting I use for a further few days and if there was still not result to email again and they would refund me. I think that was a fair reply and a quick response to my issue
