An excellent cream. I have definitely seen a difference using it. I took a photo at the beginning and then 2 months later. The difference was clear.

I had a problem with my delivery as it hadn't arrived after 2 weeks so I contacted customer services. They replied immediately and checked. Very quickly established that the order had been lost by the carrier and sent out my order again at no cost (also offered a refund it I wanted). My parcel arrived followed about a week later by my original package. I contacted customers services and was advised to keep the extra cream for the inconvenience. Excellent customer service and very friendly agents who always replied quickly. I will review the cream when I have been using it for a while.

This cream feels good on my skin.Not sure it reduces lines/wrinkles, but nor have any of the neck creams I have spent £200 on!

This is the best neck cream I have ever used. Will definitely buy again. I have seen very noticeable improvement on my neck and décolletage. I had a very noticeable red crease line on my neck which is now non existent. I am never easily impressed but make an exception here! Highly recommend. Just give it time and don’t expect immediate results.

First order came quickly, been using about 4 weeks now, cream is nice texture , there seems slight improvement in neck skin so ordered more as it was on offer. Second order got lost but was dealt with quickly and more despatched
