Ron Lacher's professionalism gains a five star rating from me. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He took time and went step by step with me. He did not make feel like I was a bother to him. Utmost the qualities he exhibited were genuine and were an indicator of his personal character of being a caring person. Dave Dorman was very personal and took the time to answer my questions and returned every phone call. Dave actually encouraged me to continue the application process after receiving my initial decline due to old information on my credit report. The other representatives I interacted with were just as stellar as Ron and Dave Dorman. Having employees on board as this group will definitely make your company grow and have a good name.

I will be rating the process of the application. The process is straight forward however it is backward compared to other loan companies. The terms are distributed over several documents I would prefer to have them all in one document with all the sections and notes placed on that document. It was quick and they response quickly. This review is just for the initial application
