This loan took longer than expected to go through, which caused me to have an expensive late fee from my university :(

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to provide honest feedback. After you apply, there are regulatory processes and timeframes that need to be followed before your loan can be disbursed to your school. In addition, your school is required to certify your enrollment before your loan can be approved. Unfortunately, we don’t have control over when your school completes the certification. While we understand this can be frustrating, we pride ourselves in providing honest, transparent communication regarding this process to ensure you understand the time it takes to obtain your financing.
