Not A Legitimate Online Casino
I had won $700 off an initial start of "free" sweep coins, when I attempted to cash out $450 the first 2 times, they kept classifying my debit cards as a credit card. The third time I had it sent directly to my bank account and then was hit with an email stating I would only receive $25 as they considered all those winnings "bonus" coins and were not able to be used as redemption. Considering I also purchased sweep coins in order to be able to redeem to begin with, there is no way to distinguish which coins they want to consider "bonus" and which ones you can legitimately cash out. The entire process seem very trivial and subjective to whatever the person was in. Stick to the illegal online casinos if you want to deal with that bs, at least they pay out. I wouldn't recommend Zumo.us, I don't believe them to be a legitimate online casino and will wait for class action suites.

Hey Champion! 🦬 Thank you for sharing your experience and we're sorry to hear the process felt confusing. We want to clarify - this is clearly outlined in our Terms & Conditions: winnings generated from free Sweep Coins provided by the casino are subject to a $25 maximum redemption limit. This is a standard compliance requirement and applies equally to all players - there is no subjective decision making involved on our end. We encourage all players to review our T&Cs before purchasing to fully understand how redemptions work. If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to reach out at [email protected] and our team will be happy to walk you through it. ⚡ Zumo Team 🦬
