So far their customer service has been 5 star; I received an incorrect item and they responded to my request within 24 hours - when preparing my replacement they even double checked the size. I indicated that the size I ordered seemed very small and asked for a larger size and they said no problem and were fulfilling my order for processing. Again, they have been very communicative thus far!
