Poor customer service. Received a set of pajamas as a GIFT! They refused to exchange for the proper size. Complete Ripoff! After communications with Zumbamboo we have agreed to a good solution that I'm happy with. If anything I would encourage better communications but I'm happy with the outcome. The product we received was incredibly soft and we look forward to getting our replacement.
