The pajamas I received where very soft and comfortable. The customer service was easy to work with when I had a sizing issue. I ordered pajamas for my whole family after I received mine. It did take a while to receive my first order but they were worth the wait!

My baby has a bit of a double chin (so cute!) and other zippers used to chafe her. These are so soft and have that protective flap, so she has zero redness now. It's the most comfortable clothing she owns.
