We sincerely apologize for your experience and completely understand your frustration. Because your order is a custom-name product, the production time is longer compared to ready-made items. We’re very sorry that the delivery has taken longer than expected, especially during the high-season period. We have checked your shipment, and your package is currently at the transit facility in Chicago, Illinois and should be delivered to you soon. We are continuing to follow up with the shipping carrier and urging them to complete the delivery as quickly as possible. We truly value your feedback and will review your case carefully. Our team will also contact you to work toward the best possible solution for this situation. Thank you for your patience and understanding. UPDATE: We are glad to inform you that your order has been successfully delivered. We are glad to inform you that your order has been successfully delivered.
