I ordered a customized crib sheet for my grandson and somehow I miss spelled his name, of course I didn’t realize it until I got it yesterday. I emailed Zumbamboo and told them the name was spelled wrong within about 20min after I emailed them they showed me the order where I had misspelled it, I still wanted the crib sheet with the right spelling they were so kind and sent me a message and said they would get me a new sheet out to me at no charge yes I said no charge. Even though it was my mistake. Now that’s good business I will be shopping with them more often. The sheet I got is very good quality, it’s true to size. I absolutely love it. Thank you

Top notch customer service and great product. I purchased pajamas for my grandkids. The bad: It took way longer than expected, so my experience on this matter is similar to others. The items were a bit smaller than expected. The good: My grandkids ABSOLUTELY loved the pajamas. The fabric is so incredibly soft and comfortable, but they were a bit smaller than expected and at the rate that kids grow, I expect they won't be able to wear them for very long. I replied to an email from the company where they were confirming the arrival of my order and offering support. I explained my disappointment with the amount of time it took for delivery and the fact that the pajamas were smaller than expected. They quickly replied and offered to replace the pajamas. Given that they had already worn them I figured that was not an option, so I replied thanking them and letting know I could not return. The company is eager to make customers happy so they are sending me two new sets of pajamas on larger sizes for my kids. I can see from other reviews that long deliveries is a common reason for disappointment, but it appears the company is working hard to remedy this glitch and I trust they will.

We have a very snsitive kiddo when it comes to seams and tags. Zumbamboo has zero itchy parts. The seams are flat and smooth. It's made our mornings so much easier because she's not complaining about her clothes.

I'm a fan of basic solids, so I hope they add more soon! But I couldn't resist the floral and animal prints they have now. They are so artistic. Shipping was a bit slow to Europe, but worth the wait.

I ordered the wrong size and didn’t realize until it arrived. I emailed them and they got back to me right away . They are sending me the right size even though it was my fault for ordering the wrong size . They also are letting me keep the one that does not fit . Great customer service .
