This is a really cool site. you get all the stuff from the big name brand stores, at much lower prices/higher discounts. anyone who loves online shopping, this is so for you. Highly recommended.

I don't usually write online reviews but I was really happy with my recent interaction with Zukit. I placed an order for a product from one of the merchants on Zukit about three weeks ago. A couple of days after the order, I got an email from Zukit indicating that the merchant's stock depleted earlier than expected. I was given the choices of waiting for the restock or canceling the order. Since I could save about 3 bucks more by ordering on Zukit, I decided to wait. Another week past, the merchant still couldn't fulfill the order so I decided to cancel it. The customer service team at Zukit not only issued a full refund but also gave me a credit that equaled to the full order amount towards my next purchase! It was a great gesture as it wasn't Zukit's fault that the order could not be fulfilled. I was really happy about it so I sent them a thank you email. The customer service rep asked me if I mind sharing my experience so here I am to tell the story. I already shopped at Zukit again after this incidence and it is now no my favorite list.

I was a bit worried when I placed my first order since though discount was great the site appeared to be relatively new and there were only a few reviews. Since it was not a big order (less than $35) I went ahead any way. I was pleasantly surprised that the order arrived at my door 4 days after it was placed. I have since placed two additional orders on Zukit.com and no problem so far. Since the site offers additional discount for users who submit an online review, I decided to shared my experience.

I bought a wireless router with additional savings from this site. The order was received quickly and the site keep me posted on the order status. I would definitely shop from them again.

I mistakenly typed in the wrong shipping address when I placed in my order. I immediately emailed their customer support for the change and someone responded to my request within an hour. I also received my order quickly. I highly recommend the site to others and I would shop from them again.
