Bought 3 cubs onesies, newborn size. First off, I got two onesies not 3. Secondly, they weren't even the ones I ordered. And third, they were three to six months and size. Extremely disappointed in this purchase. At least they gave me a prepaid label to return. Lesson learned, I won't be buying from the seller again

If you're looking to get the product in a timely manner - I'd recommend going elsewhere. I ordered a pair of Asics running shoes that were to be shipped within 2-4 days of ordering. After a week, I followed up with customer service because my order was still "processing." Zukit blamed the merchant. I eventually got a shipment but when I opened the box it was a pair of Sketchers Memory foam clogs ... not even close to the Asics running shoes that I ordered. Again, Zukit blamed the merchant. I've emailed customer service numerous times with very slow results. I'm still waiting on getting a return shipping label after they asked for pictures of the product and packing slip. Three weeks and counting!

This company has terrible customer service and won't take responsibility for sending the wrong item. They just pass the blame to the vendors they work with, pretty immature. They claim to give me a $10 credit for their mistake and then won't give it to me. I would not recommend buying anything from this scamy company

Their customer service is like a joke. Nobody answers, but you can hear the owner's message saying that please leave a message. I did, and he never returned my call. You will be screwed if you placed an order wrong because there is no way for you to fix it.
