This company (OUTFIT) has a colorful and inviting website. Don’t be fooled!! Their promptness and follow-up is nonexistent they have ignored every mail I send them and phone calls in regards to orders are not answered. I ordered an item with 2 to 4 day response time. They did not respond to any of my inquiries after 8 days until I initiated a complaint with PayPal. It looks and feels like that they sit on ones monies as long as possible, collecting interest and very reluctantly refund the monies when pushed into a corner. I am convinced that I would still be sending unanswered email messages had I paid them directly with my credit card.

Poor customer service. I returned my order over a month ago. Have yet to receive a refund have left several emails and phone calls. No response from this company. This was my first time using Zukit and will be the last. This company is a scam!!

CLEARLY a BIG SCAM THEY CHARGE YOU MORE THAN ADVERTISED AND PRETEND LIKE ITS OK

I am not pleased with my experience. The site is misleading. The picture featured suggested that we were buying multiple items for a lower price. Instead we received only one item - a rain jacket — for exactly the same price available on Macy’s website and we had to pay shipping costs. If I had purchased from Amazon, I would have received both a rain jacket and umbrella for 13 dollars less and without shipping costs. When I alerted the company to the issue, they provided no assistance or refund and they continue to post the misleading ad.

Terrible customer service. Never received my order and tried to contact company several times with no response back. How can this place even be in buisness.....

Total trash, Garbage. Stay away at all costs. Does not give out tracking, does not respond to emails or answer calls. Order never showed up. Stay Away.

Zukit will not return my emails or phone calls so that i can return an item they shipped me. What should be an easy process has become a headache. 4 emails and 3 phone calls have resulted in NO RESPONSE from Zukit. Customer service is terrible. you may want to rethink purchasing from this vendor to avoid the issue that I am now faced with.

I recently tried to purchase my god daughter a baby alive "baby go bye bye" brunette, what she received was the cheap version of "snackin lily"- the one that doesn't talk or have hair. The reason I ordered from this site was because all the reputuatable companies sold out or wanted $150+ (it was Christmas time) and I couldn't find them in store, I took a chance. Well I wasted $53 on a baby doll I could've purchased at Walmart for $15. I checked the description of the product I purchased and it matches "baby go bye bye" picture matches and everything, I'm confused at what my god daughter received in the mail so I Email them--again it's the holiday season it was an accident they sent the wrong doll-- no answer, called no answer, emailed again no answer. Terrible just terrible; they send my god daughter the wrong item and when I try to get in contact with them... nothing. This "company" or whatever it is, is a scam-- buyers BEWARE.
