On arrival of my order, DHL asked me to pay charges for the custom, regarding this I spoke to the team of Zudo and believe me you guys, I experienced THE best, friendliest customer service from Zudo. Right away they accepted to pay the amount from their side and replied on time. Took the entire responsibility and solved the issue without even bothering me. As a customer I already love their products and NOW, all my heart goes out to the hardworking team. Kudos u guys! This was my 3rd order, surely a lot more order to come. ❤️

I order my necklace in Feb 2020, I love the product, but unfortunately after wearing for few months one of the crystal came off. I send an email to the customer service and believe it or not I received the reply back with in a half an hour with apology and the new order number. I was stunt to see the quick response. I never had such an awesome and fastest customer service experience before. They send me a brand new necklace, they never ask me to send back the old one, there was no back an forth emails or anything. I explain my issue and they just simply send me the new product ... it's like WOW literally WOW !!!!! I will gave more than 5 star for product, customer service and for my excellent experience. I got the Somali map necklace and I just want to say that I love it!! Whenever I’m wearing it in Public I always get asked where I get it from. It’s super cute, it doesn’t rust or tarnish. I wear it almost every time I go out. Over all the pieces I got from zudo is literally amazing. I can’t wait to get more stuff from them
