Slow in updates of moving vehicles. Often my son is home for 20 mins before it updates. Sometimes the map shows the world and not where the car is. I have to expand down to find the car. It is very frustrating. I do like the gas, the grade (fast excelerating and hard stops)...that is nice to show my son his trip history. But for accurate and timely location, not so much. Juli

I love knowing that my daughter is going to student teaching and not going to parties with my car.

Zubie represents great promise, but its actual execution has been very spotty. Mostly in the consistent performance of the device itself. We implemented over 50 devices and had issues with too many failing and/or not reporting consistently. The software seems solid, but the actual GPS and collection of data from the plug-in devices is not trustworthy enough to be used in managing a fleet of vehicles.

It stopped working a 2 months!

The key reboots and drops connections every 5 - 15 minutes. I've opened multiple support cases asking to have it replaced and they keep just telling me to reseat it. I'm not going to re-up next year.

Kills the battery on the car when installed.
