My family and I recently visited Anna Maria island. Planned for our trip months in advanced. Unfortunately, hurricane Debbie did cause for some slight last minute changes of which is no fault to zoom around. However, my only minor complain comes from the lack of communication on informing updates to staff so they can relay correct information to the clients. We had paid for a 2 day rental. I was asked per text 2 days prior to drop off if our travel plans had changed any due to weather. We said no, asked about the conditions of island and accessibility. We were told the island is accessible and no major concerns for deliver. The day upon our arrival I called to confirm a drop off time for our cart (3/4 pm was originally at time of deposit) and was informed that I was supposed to receive a “text” informing myself that no delivers would be made today (8/6-tuesday) at the island due to non-accessible conditions. This was disappointing as we drove and gave advanced notice about our arrival time/dates. The following day when the cart was dropped off with no hassle or issues however, I was not given any information about where the keys were so once again called and spoke with another associate who also informed me that I should’ve received a text about where the keys were left. Overall was a great trip, we enjoyed having the cart is was perfect for our family. We wished we could’ve enjoyed the full 2 days but understand weather is unpredictable and we did get reimbursed for the lost day. We would recommend and use again. I can only ask to help keep guests updated especially on island conditions impacted by weather so it can allow for travelers to have a better understanding of what to expect when a storm is approaching or has already occurred.

The fellow that stopped the cart off was fabulous! He g

Awesome drop off and pick up service

Easy to work with and made a last minute reservation possible for us!

Dropoff was on time. Cart was the best way to enjoy AMI. Very professional company, would use again.

This is our second year renting a golf cart from Zoomaround in Duck. They definitely will have our business going forth. The staff is so pleasant, courteous, and full of patience. The golf carts are immaculate, considering the amount of use they get. The renting process is very quick and easy. I’ll be ordering another one in the near future for our stay in Duck 2025!
