the company was very quick to respond and always prompt to deliver and pick up. The only problem is the golf cart had a electrical issue and quit a few times and the steering was rough.

We loved having the golf cart and everyone we talked to when we called was great. We would have liked to speak to the person that delivered the cart to give us a run down on it but the cart was left and we did not see who left it, we had to call back in to find out the combo to the lock to get the keys.

Could easily be 5 stars. The cart was great, clean, comfortable just about perfect. I own a golf cart that I am doing a total do over on. I have put a lift kit with similar tires on my cart. Why does this matter? I never realized how noisy tires could be until I drove your Club Car. The cart looks great but the tire noise was not the greatest. Since these carts are driven on the road most of the time, I think, a little less aggressive tire might be better suited for this cart. I haven't driven my cart on the road yet, but if the tires are that noisy I will be changing them ASAP. The ZoomAround rental was great and I would definitely lease another cart. This is just my unprofessional opinion. Had a great time in Anna Maria.

My family and I recently visited Anna Maria island. Planned for our trip months in advanced. Unfortunately, hurricane Debbie did cause for some slight last minute changes of which is no fault to zoom around. However, my only minor complain comes from the lack of communication on informing updates to staff so they can relay correct information to the clients. We had paid for a 2 day rental. I was asked per text 2 days prior to drop off if our travel plans had changed any due to weather. We said no, asked about the conditions of island and accessibility. We were told the island is accessible and no major concerns for deliver. The day upon our arrival I called to confirm a drop off time for our cart (3/4 pm was originally at time of deposit) and was informed that I was supposed to receive a “text” informing myself that no delivers would be made today (8/6-tuesday) at the island due to non-accessible conditions. This was disappointing as we drove and gave advanced notice about our arrival time/dates. The following day when the cart was dropped off with no hassle or issues however, I was not given any information about where the keys were so once again called and spoke with another associate who also informed me that I should’ve received a text about where the keys were left. Overall was a great trip, we enjoyed having the cart is was perfect for our family. We wished we could’ve enjoyed the full 2 days but understand weather is unpredictable and we did get reimbursed for the lost day. We would recommend and use again. I can only ask to help keep guests updated especially on island conditions impacted by weather so it can allow for travelers to have a better understanding of what to expect when a storm is approaching or has already occurred.

We appreciate having the cart delivered, fully charged, and cleaned. However, Our one trip on the main road would not exceed 24 mph, causing frustration for the line of cars behind us. This negated further travels on the main road via the golf cart.
