If you're looking for a job, this is not the place for you. They talk a good game, claim to understand where you're coming from and give you false expectations. They put you out to work and immediately give up on you if you don't meet their impossible, invisible standards. Extremely untrustworthy and manipulative. Just a fair warning to those looking for honest work from an honest employer. This place, is anything but that. Seek employment elsewhere. They may be great to their customers but are the opposite to employees, especially new ones. You have been warned and for those who find employment elsewhere, you're welcome.

Road-rage-around may be more apt
This is not a review of product or rental, of the delivery driver.
With his 50-ft truck and trailer combination, he would have side-swiped me had I not slammed the brakes. From then on, he proceeded to drive well above the speed limit, inches behind the car in front, and for good measure swerved the trailer into other lanes—all in a truck that displayed "ZoomAround.com" in large letters.
I was going to call the police on him, but figured that he may be behind schedule or had a bad day. Also, the new year just started.
BUT I would suggest that you do a good talking to this dude (it happened around 2:30 today on Conquistdor in Bradenton).
If only for the thought that a jack-knifing 50 ft truck-trailer combo causing an accident, all in bright company livery, can't be good for business.

First time to Anna Maria and rented a golf cart for a few days. Being it’s spread out we decided to off rent the golf cart for what would be a one day rental. They picked it up and still charged us 3 days and said it’s policy. That is theft. Ive been in the equipment rental business for 20 years and would be out of business if we handled business that way. I am also going to report this to the Better Business Bureau and see where else I can file complaints at. You could charge multiple people the same rental days on the same golf cart. Im also going to dispute this with my CC company.

Poor communication & Mechanical issues. Would not recommend.
We were so excited to rent a golf cart for our stay on AMI. We have stayed on the island many times throughout the years, and this was our first time reserving a golf cart with ZoomAround. The beginning of our rental was a bit confusing as we did not receive any notifications or instructions after making our reservation. After calling ZoomAround, we learned that our golf cart was already there and how to access it. Minor inconvenience but no big deal. Unfortunately, we quickly learned our golf cart had a mechanical issue. It was stalling and backfiring, sometimes in busy intersections, borderline putting us in danger considering how busy the island was for the holiday. We tried to call ZoomAround on the 4th of July and did not reach anyone nor were we able to leave a voicemail. We decided to tough it out one more day and discuss the mechanical issues with ZoomAround when they picked up the golf cart. However, we did not see or hear from ZoomAround at the scheduled morning pick up time. That evening, I received a text message regarding our pick up being scheduled for the following morning. I immediately called ZoomAround, and was put in contact with their North Carolina office. I advised the representative that we had checked out of our Airbnb and assumed the golf cart was being picked up that morning as we had not received any pick up / drop off instructions. I also shared my frustrations regarding the mechanical issues we experienced with golf cart and not being able to reach their office on the 4th of July. Upon further discussion, I learned that we had mistakenly reserved and paid for the golf cart for one extra day. The representative did not take ownership of the issue at hand nor work towards a resolution. They simply stated that they would have the Florida office manager return my call. Nine days have passed and this has yet to happen. In short, communication was nonexistent, I received a golf cart with mechanical issues, I paid for an extra day for a rental that was returned, and have yet to even get a call back. Would not recommend ZoomAround.

They did not disclose limits to drive range and then charged us more when we went outside of our area.
