They had a very difficult dress to find. Shipped promptly and followed up when I had communication issue with Aramex.

I had seen a photo of the dress I wanted to purchase & I searched & searched online for it. I finally found it on the Zoom Boutique website & purchased it from them. Unfortunately, I chose the wrong size & it was just a little too tight. They worked with me to get the one I had received back to them & to get the correct size sent out to me. And thru that process, I could tell they were a small company & that they emphasized customer service. They did everything they could to make sure I was happy with my purchase. It is apparent they strive to give their customers that “boutique” experience combined with online shopping. I really do love this company & next time I am looking for something special, Zoom Boutique will be the first place I go!

Great selection of items. Alex was very helpful in providing advice.

Customer service was awesome. They made sure to respond swiftly. They were the last boutique I found selling a viral dress that was sold out everywhere. And they had it slightly cheaper than everywhere else too. They were able to help me with some logistics before the shipment was sent. All of their info is stated clearly on the website and they help if you have additional questions. 10/10 would recommend

I purchased a Nili Lotan sweater from Zoom Boutique and I am so happy with my purchase! I would not hesitate to purchase here again because I am so happy with the price and what I received.
