I purchased a welcome package and they shorted me $20. I have sent numerous emails with the screenshots and all I get is a bot reply. This is more than just taking a little bit of time for a redemption. this is fraud.

I dont know what yall are talking about, I didnt have a problem with verification nor redeeming. Got my money in like 7 days. Im starting to think that other casinos are having people make bad reviews on other casinos to deter people from spending money there . The ones saying they bought a certain amount and got less than they thought they were supposed to, you probably got a Prime package. You only get a portion up front and then over 30 days you receive it in increments but you have to check in everyday to receive it. Live and learn. Just havent won anything since then but thats life.oh they could use more of a game selection, hopefully they get there.

SCAM SCAM SCAM ALSO I WON $700, submitted my redemption request last night and Ive gotten an email saying denied cuz either of verification problems or my bank declined the transaction AND that my redeemable coins would be credited back to my zonko account. Nope no coins back into my account. They also approved my verification

FAKE GAME SCAM SCAM SCAM. I redeemed $700 passed all verifications. Received email saying redemption declined, money credited to account. I go back to my account to try to maybe switch cards and all the money is gone. Customer service will not respond. Go to my play history and all my logins for that day has been deleted.

I got a redemption before so I am assuming they will by today- the 3rd day.

Why didn't I read the Trustpilot reviews before I played. Not smart. This is a confusing online casino with a lot of offers popping up making you think you will receive free bonus spins or extra sweeps coins....you don't. It sucked the $75 I had down in a very quick amount of time. I try all new casinos, money is not a thing but this casino was misleading during purchases. It was not fun at all because of the take, take, take..no give. Don't waste your money. Like my money today..this casino will not be around long.
