AT FIRST THIS GAME WAS AWESOME. BUT, AFTER MY FIRST REDEMPTION, THEY CUT ME OFF FROM WINNING. I went through over 1k with 3 bonus, 2 of which was 0 dollars won. The 3rd was 70 dollars. All the games I was winning on, they are not available any longer. I'm happy I won what I did, but, completely cutting me off, was upsetting

I never received my redemption since April 6th. I wrote to support and they just say they're going to reply, but I've never received anything.

This casino is a scam they make you opt in jackpot games unknowingly and take your money you're betting double on spins not knowing it and it's just sadly irritating and I would not recommend to anyone if you don't watch your bets and funds while paying they will literally take back any bonus they give you by making you bet double on slots when you're not paying attention they untrustworthy and if anyone plays here 9 u out of 10 will regret it.

There is absolutely zero customer service. No chat support on their site and when you email them the only correspondence you receive is an automated one saying they got your message - but they never reply. They also make you wait 72 hours from the time you upload your ID and verification documents before you can even redeem any balance you have. This site is trash.

This is the worse gambling site I have been on. I have messaged them over and over trying to get them to verify me so I could redeem and they still haven’t. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.!
