It’s like they forgot to add the buttons! I click “redeem” and it takes me to the redemption page. It shows that I’m verified and displays my total redeemable balance, so it’s not an issue with meeting the requirements. But right under that, it says, “Please ensure you have 100 Redeemable SC. There is a minimum redemption of 100 Sweeps Coins. For more information, please read our Terms & Conditions.” That’s all it shows. The only option is to contact support via email. , which I did yesterday morning. I received a confirmation email saying my request was submitted, but it’s been more than 24 hours, and I haven’t received any help yet.
