Subscription payment not refunded
Be careful and read the terms of service before you sign for the subscription. Don't believe any of the chat dialogue you have with the team on their website. I subscripted to one of the packages in October 2020 just to try it and see if I prefer it than the software I was using then. After using it for some period I cancelled it because it was not really doing what I wanted. This was done the day of month the subscription ended, To my surprise the following month subscription was taken same day of cancellation, I asked for refund back immediately, I was told to read the terms of service. Before I signed for it, I had a chat with someone on their website and I asked if I will be tied down with them, I was told I can cancel my subscription anytime.
