Highly Unlikely to do business again with company
Not happy with their willingness to back their product. Having issues with the units not being durable, and was informed their product is Water Proff, but in reality, it is just Water Resistant

Thank you for your feedback Mitch. We have been working with you for some time now to resolve your concerns. We have reminded you that the units cannot be installed under the vehicles. For your specific use the units operate under extreme conditions. We have provided you with those condition parameters. We have replaced all the units that had issues within the 1 year warranty period. As we were happy to have allocated a lot of resources to help with your issues Mitch, we have offered you several other options that you choose not to consider.
