Too big…sending it back!

Perfectly nice product, but it is absurd that I have to post a review in order to get a warranty.

I am so impressed with this product. I was hesitant, given the price, but I'm glad I went ahead with it. The side drain model adds depth but not length, so it actually doesn't take up any more useable counter space than my old Rubbermaid one did but it holds so much more. It's so sturdy that I'm not afraid to put heavy glass baking dishes in it. I also purchased the sponge tray that hangs off the side, and I like that too.

Great style. Very functional. Holds large pans as well as dishes.

Great quality — it perfectly matches the drying rack. But: it doesn’t attach to anything, it just relies on gravity. So the slightest bump will send it flying. I would buy the dish rack again no doubt. This? Probably not.

I bought this drainer because it best satisfied my design parameters. So far it has lived up to my needs. Its a nice simple design and is easy to clean, and its not plastic.

Accurate descriptions, info on maintenance, and lifetime warranty.

This is a really well built dish rack. I also find it to be very stylish like a usable piece of art. It’s the only dish rack I could find in the market with a completely smooth drainboard. I’m very happy with my purchase.
