They replied to my review with a passive aggressive comment. I gave 4/5 stars since the sponge holder was easy to knock off. Based on how it drains, it needs to hang on the side of the dishrack above the sink, so in a smaller sink it eats into your workable area. I don't really appreciate their comment, not understanding that. If you don't want feedback, then don't ask for a review.

Still waiting for delivery of item. This is beyond the point of being ridiculous . Kindly notify when delivery is due, 3rd request. Or cancel order and arrange refund. Respectfully, Lucille Grieco
