Great, sturdy material. Can tell it will last a long time. Just wish it was bigger for the price paid

You wouldnt believe how many people say its too big. if you are talking about stacking more items, the way to do it is to keep everything upright and let things nest to save space.

This dish rack is exquisitely beautiful. I'm an interior designer + kitchen design, so I'm exceedingly particular. Because my dishes are handmade + thick, they cannot fit in most other dishracks. They actually fit in this rack. The only detraction is that because it's stainless steel, the water drops make spots.

Quality product, made to last! We got the dish drainer, optional sponge holder and utensil tray. They are all solid construction and work well. What a pleasure to buy something so attractive and well made! My one concern is that the dish drainer (the basket) goes almost to the edge of the tray underneath it. So it is easy to splash water onto the counter when putting dishes in the drainer. We just started using it, so we will learn more about its usefulness as time goes on.

Shipped quickly and had no issues so far. My only complaint is that in order to get a warranty, you have to write a review. I haven't used my dish rack long enough to see how it holds up, although I'm liking it so far.

Dish strainer is built like a tank! I'm sure it will out live me. 4 stars for the strainer, 3 for the soap holder. We have the strainer configured so it sits long ways on the counter. The only place to hang the soap holder is right in the middle of the strainer over the sink. This is where the water drains from the base and always gets in my way while doing dishes. If you configure your strainer short side facing out you have more options for positioning.

This is my second purchase of the same product for an additional kitchen, and while I prefer the quality of the previous version, I'm still happy with this one and would purchase again, along with the sponge holder.

At first glance, product looks solid. One of the “ball” feet on the rack that is suppose to sit in the hole in the tray does not align, have to push with force to make it sit; unsure if done by design. Water pours into sink without issue, it does leave water marks when dry so be aware. I wish the tray came in a bigger size, 1-2 inches wider and 2-3 inches longer. No rusting so far after few weeks of use.

The drain board legs can be adjusted to make the fit easier. We have sent you email on how to do it.

The base should be a little more inclined to allow water to run off. Presently, the water stays on the base in blobs that eventually dry up. Otherwise, the product is excellent
