I order a Christmas tree on fb on the 25th October, got my tracking details until the 3rd November and it’s been in tombridge DO since the 8th November. I’ve emailed them a few times and now no response

Yep me also hands up ordered a Christmas tree remote control singing dancing etc sarcasm there tracking number didn't exist 10 emails later just going into my draft folder now I'm normally switched on seen on fb ffs now the advert is no longer there Will go to credit card to sort it if can Well & truly had like a kipper

I order a comforter on November 3rd and never heard from them. I tried to email them with no reply. This is the worst place ever.

Ordered the Christmas tree on 20th November. Nothing has arrived, no reply to any of my emails. I have now opened a dispute with my bank for a return of funds. Clearly this is what this company does, shameful thievery is all this is. Wasting peoples time.
