I ordered a Xmas tree on November 4th 2022. I never received it. They have not responded to my numerous emails. I was trying to warn other people on the Facebook advertising page they used. And they blocked me from the page. I had to file a dispute with my bank. This is a terrible scam.

Ordered Christmas gifts, they gave me a tracking number, tracking said it was delivered somewhere in Detroit Michigan & I live in Oregon. Reported this to sellers and was told it was still on its way to me. Never ever received my order. Went to my bank and reported it as fraud. They had several reports of fraud regarding this "so called company ". Do Not order from them!!!

I have not received my order from 11/4/22 that they charged $59.98. I have no tracking info or anything. I am so disappointed and they didn't even advertise that they were out of country. Was a surprise for my grandkids. Just disgusted. In case they care the order # is 76BYD-F78058M

I ordered a gaming chair. Took weeks to deliver..but only to a wrong address (at least that's what they showed me on the tracking delivery) total scam. Customer service is awful, saying I need to check with the post office, showing me the wrong order number and saying it was mine and now totally ignoring me. The senior management should be ashamed of themselves

Still awaiting delivery of a Xmas tree ordered at start of November. Delivery was quoted at 7-14 days. Not happy 😢
